Deep pressure and slow strokes are used along with some pressure point therapy to release patterns of muscle tightness and stiffness throughout the body. The trigger point therapy will considerably alleviate any built-up knots that have formed inside the muscle. It is both corrective and therapeutic. This massage is great for those who have existing injuries or chronic tension in specific areas.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a gentle but powerful healing art that uses therapeutic grade pure essential oils. The oils used will vary based upon your individual needs. Aromatherapy helps to release nervous tension and to restore physical and mental balance to the body.
